Faulty or inaccurate goods Faulty or inaccurate goods should be reported to CupidsFun.co.uk Customer Service Department ASAP (email address on website). *However, we do give 30 days to inform us for a full refund or an exchange. Please assess the product before use.

*CupidsFun.co.uk offers a 30 days replacement policy on all faulty products.

Please create a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box or Original Packaging for a full refund or replacement. Please clean items before returning. All returned products will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found to be in working order. *All goods requiring a return or exchange should not be subjected to mis-use, abused, dropped or accidently damaged.

Unwanted Goods CupidsFun.co.uk will offer a *full refund, less postage costs, within 14 days – with no questions asked!

*If you wish to exchange the goods ordered for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of receipt.
*Please note that we cannot exchange or refund unwanted items if the product has been used or the original packaging/seal has been broken, or if Item has been mis-used, abused, dropped or accidently damaged

Cancellations You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund. However, if your parcel has already been dispatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping and a refund will not be made until the parcel has been returned back to us. We work on a same day dispatch procedure so to avoid the postage charge and delayed refund you should inform us on the same day that the order is made.

Lingerie and Clothing Unfortunately, due to Hygiene, we cannot and will not accept any returns of underwear Garments at this time. Any Underwear returned to us, will be returned back to you at your expense, unless they are faulty... all tags & labels must have not been removed.

Returning DVDS
If the DVD Seal has been broken or removed, we cannot accept them as returns as stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations.

Refunds CupidsFun.co.uk will not issue a refund until we receive the goods in question. The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned to you within 30 days of cancellation. CupidsFun.co.uk will endevour to refund you within 14 days of receipt of the item.

How to return an item
Please ensure that you wrap the item securely when returning to us. You will need to make a note and enclose it with the item notifying us of your details, order number and reason for the return. Please state whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We recommend sending the goods back to us via recorded delivery as CupidsFun.co.uk will not be held responsible for any parcels lost in the post on their way back to us. All Postage costs of unwanted goods are down to you the customer.

Please email Our Returns Department at Returns@CupidsFun.co.uk with a short note for the reason you wish to return the item, who will then inform you of our returns address.

If you are returning a faulty item, we will reimburse you the cost of postage upon receipt of postage costs.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

Same Day Dispatch
We try to ship all orders the very same day, (if received Monday to Friday between hours of 8am to 4pm). Any order placed outside of working hours will be shipped to you the next working day.

*Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - Delivery is usually within 1 to 5 days. Although 10 working days should be allowed before you contact us if your order has not arrived.

*Express Delivery (48hrs) - Delivery is Guaranteed within 48 Hours.

* Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take a little longer than specified.

European Orders All European orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.

WorldWide Orders Please allow up to 28 delivery.

Please also note that Free Delivery is only available to Customers in the UK.

Not at home throughout the day?
Don't worry about it, its not a problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. But you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address if you want too. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section. Please remember all Parcels require a signature on delivery! So make sure that if you are using a different address for delivery, that somebody is home to sign for your parcel.

Security You or (if you have your item delivered to an alternative address), somebody on your behalf will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the postman calls, don’t panic! There will be a card left for you with all the details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange another delivery at a convenient time for you. Your parcel will be kept for 7 days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be returned back to us.

If you would like us to re send your order, unfortunately, we will have to charge you Shipping/Postage costs. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping /Postage costs.

Tracking your order On your request, we can email you your unique order tracking number, which you can check the status of at www.postoffice.co.uk

If your order doesn’t arrive when expected please email us at CustomerService@cupidsFun.co.uk.Please be aware that CupidsFun.co.uk cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied by you during the checkout/ordering process.
