ALL PACKAGING IS DISCREET AND VERY ORDINARY.... AS YOUR PRIVACY IS OUR PRIORITY, we understand buying these items can be embarrassing for you. You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the postman calls, don’t panic! There will be a card left for you with all details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange another delivery at a convenient time for you. Your parcel will be kept for 7 days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be returned back to us. If you would like us to re send your order, its not a problem, but unfortunately, we will have to charge you Shipping/Postage costs. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping/Postage costs.

We will only use this information for our auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve the services we offer to you, it will never be sold or passed on.
